She is an IBDP-certified teacher of mathematics (categories 1–3) and has several years of teaching experience at international schools. Having successfully completed the Successful Start Scholarship and participated in EXIST-Women (2024), she combines pedagogical expertise with entrepreneurial potential. Celina Schmitt
Ms. Celina Schmitt participated in the EXIST Women program and specialized in marketing and sales in the founding team of IBEdTech. With her interdisciplinary academic background in media management and business administration (University of Siegen) as well as in art, music, and media (Philipps University of Marburg), she brings with her in-depth knowledge of brand management and business development. Her experience in moderation, project management, and film production has given her strong skills in storytelling, creating compelling pitch materials, and communicating with national and international stakeholders. Her combination of creativity, organizational talent, and media strategy expertise makes her a key force in the successful marketing and sustainable scaling of the IBEdTech project
Atif Musaddaq
Mr. Atif Musaddaq is pursuing a doctorate at Lancaster University in the UK in the field of e-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning, focusing on the impact of immersive virtual collaboration environments using AR/VR. He holds a Master of Science in Media Informatics from RWTH Aachen University and has more than 17 years of professional experience in e-learning, digital education, and international training projects. In his career to date, he has worked for Diebold Nixdorf as Global Product Manager in the field of digital learning, among other positions.
His strengths lie in the design and development of modern learning systems, the integration of AR/VR technologies, and the application of innovative learning methods. He is a member of OWL ViProSim e.V., a group specializing in virtual prototyping and simulation. He also holds certifications in project management (PMP) and SAP BI, which underscore his structured and methodical approach to work.
